* HAT SIZING ISSUES? Most of our wide-brim hats are designed with an adjustable inner band that allows for customization by up to 5 cm. Before deciding to return a hat because of sizing issues, we suggest adjusting the hat to achieve a personalized fit. If your hat fits comfortably from front to back but not from side to side (or the other way around), utilizing the inner band can often resolve the issue effectively.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to ensuring you're pleased with your purchase. Therefore, we gladly accept returns for cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges on all full-price items.

 To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition with attached tags and that the return is received within 30 days. A $12 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be credited to the initial payment method. Please note that clearance items and gift cards are exempt from the refund policy. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not meet the criteria for a refund.

Items bought during our Special Sale Events or Black Friday Sale are only eligible for exchange.

Please note that all items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered final sale.

GIFTS

 If you receive an item as a gift, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the return's value.

 Sales and promotions are exclusively applicable within the specified dates. Please note that the discounted prices offered during promotions cannot be used for returns, exchanges, or purchases made outside of the promotional period.
